[Suggestion] Thresh Tooltip Update

Thresh's passive was changed sometime ago to have a constant .75 ap and armor per soul collected. His tooltip for Damnation still reads value of next soul. It could be changed to be added in the passive's tooltip that he gains .75 armor and ability power per soul to be more apparent now that it is a consistent amount. This would also allow the removal of the next soul amount from Damnation, which is in a spot where you want only critical information.
