i figure a full on AD Yi could still melt people, i added the Frozen Mallet for the slow and the extra HP....thoughts???

You have 0 armor pen and 0 crit. Tanks will just laugh

These items aren't all readily available, but they give you a mixture of stats that will take you to late game. Rage blade is the dream. The rest will get you through a game though

I agree Dediguise. Bloodrazor is decent when combined with Armor Pen item 3142 is MUST have now, it give AD+20FLAT armor pen( nothing matches it) + it's passive of MS + AS boost is too good. When combined with item 3006 + item 1419 +29%AS from runes will take you to 2AS.

If you go warrior, it won't help Yi's passive. Also Yi doesn't scale so much with AD as he scales with AS.
item 1419 item 3142 item 3156 item 3153 item 3742 item 1001 (any as you wish) is still decent compared to full AD build. Most games will end before item 5 can be build. Mine usually end while building item 4

first 3 items item 1419 + item 3142 + item 3006 is enough to take down any tower in short time.

you need attack speed on Yi and this build is way too expensive
