I was just against bobqinxd and he was diamond in my level 26 normal. Everyones like omg its bobqin and i have no idea who it is...

High elo player (got demoted from challenger to d1 50lp in 5 days xd). Also former ulol mid laner (and champion) If I remember correctly he was also accused of "ghosting" to gain elo. I don't think he's know for anything else
