My client and a friends has been very buggy today
The waiting for players thing froze, i couldnt restart client because it just continuously said logging out of pvp net. Now I cant even log in, just saying didnt recieve a response

same issue here, champion select supper buggy, now i can even log back in. Riot should compensate us
i cant log in aswell, i was switching accounts and got the "did not receive response from the server" message. Everything else was fine for me before though this is just happening now
