How ineffective are reports? - A saddened player
Unless I have a team including me and four friends, there is absolutely no doubt that someone on my team will be toxic. Be they troll or feeder, they'll be there. And if they aren't on my team, they'll be on the enemy team using All Chat.
I realize that is difficult to 
these toxic players, but the enormous amount of them have somewhat 
out my positive attitude. I can feel arguments and loses inside the Champion Select far before they occur in-game. While I would like to believe that this is just my own 
, it appears to be shared by everyone I meet. Riot, will this ever get better? I feel s
for the entire community that has to endure these players. Please,

Can I even hope that the game will become better when I hit Ranked? I've already considered strictly playing Bot Matches until I hit Lv30. Biting the bullet is one thing in itself, but I feel as though I may not stay sane enoguh to keep at it.
