I feel that we should be able to Transfer skins from accounts like i have 2 accounts with many skins but i want to be able to use my skins from my other acc on my main acc because i kinda dont feel like buying more of the same skins for the same champ i know this may never happen but its just what i feel should happen. 
I would like to be able to trade skins. Like... I have Aether Wing Kayle. My friend has Demon Blade Tryndamere. I want to trade those 2 and so does he.... so I pay Riot a few dollars and we trade skins.
Isn't something called "Account Merge?" Or did that disappear? I remember when I started playing that it was possible to merge two accounts to have the same skins/champions; however, overlapping skins or champions (like both accounts have Gnar or something) do not get refunded.
