Queue penalty for dodging is too harsh.

Why is the penalty for dodging so heavy? 15 minutes to queue again for 1 dodge feels a little ridiculous.

I dodge once a month maybe because a friend pops online or real life obligations come up that are going to prevent me from playing uninterrupted.

Can we go back to the 5 minutes we used to have?
