i cant stand chat restriction
it keeps letting me lose more and more because i cant communicate with teammates. atleast make it 10 messages.

Or you could not be a toxic shit, and you wouldn't get chat restricted.
When you get a 14 day ban you'll be wishing your chat was permanently disabled like everyone else.
This is easily solved by learning self-control and not talk trash.
It A; removes the chat restrictions and B; removes the overwhelming frustration when you are unable to talk trash.
