Can I play with a rioter for 1000th win?

technically it would be my 1003rd win, but it was really late and I didn't notice I had reached 1000 wins,I probably wont even be able to stay away from the game until then, so it might be 1004th or somewhere around there. It would be really fun to get the chance to play with a Rioter though
