Not getting any key fragments

Been playing constantly for the last two days, at least 12 games some with friends and some without, but I haven't gotten a single key fragment. I've never been chat restricted and haven't been afk'ing or leaving any games (my friend with a 20 minute leaverbuster is getting keys almost constantly) is it just bad luck, or is there something wrong?

EDIT: Finally got one, but it still seems weird that it took 20+ games for one key fragment. I've seen other people with the same issue, so I feel like there is still something wrong in the system

I can confirm, keys are harder to get than chests (I've gotten about 9 S ranks in the past two days....).

yeah im having the same problem i''d at least like to know the drop rate of keys with and without party members.

same 5 or so days since ive gotten one and i play a crap ton yet no keys only a crap ton of boxes :/

Well, I was getting my key fragments just fine until a few days ago, since then there have been at least 10 games and no key fragments, compared to before when I got one nearly every 3 games.
