Should I refund? I need help

So just about a couple weeks ago, I bought for 10$ CAD. He was fun to play for a while but now hes a "meh" kind of champion... I have 3/3 refunds available and I was wondering if I should refund. I'm asking the community because I'm new-ish to the game, (Level 24, 17 champs) and don't know if Zed was worth the 10$. Some people say that I should refund, hold on to the RP and just wait for skins or 6300ip champions to go on sale. I would really appreciate the feedback :)

id prob refund , Zed is a pretty good champion when used right / mastered , but id never spend rp for a champion , unless i had the money and didnt feel like playing xxx amount of games for the right amount of IP ,

The thing is , Ip is free based on playing , so eventually youll get zed for just playing the game , id refund and just save the rp for skins

Just remember, you only have those 3 refunds. Use them wisely! I have used mine already and plenty of times wanted to refund something haha Do you have something else in mind for the RP?

If you don't ever see yourself playing him again, then go ahead and do the refund, but remember: you only have 3.

I think Zed is really fun and rewarding to play. I would keep him, but if you really do not enjoy him than refund him.
