Why does this game try to make everyone something they are not?

Not everyone is a professional that will be in the lime light. Yet riot is trying to hold their player base to it and is the only Game company to do so. I shouldnt feel like not wanting to talk to the other players in a video game because the riot police will come arrest me if i say something like fluffy bunny because it would offend the rabbits in greenland (obviously just an analogy but i hope you get the point) Makes me just want to stop helping people and talking to people and just help myself. Its funny because in the real world nobody gets worked up about all this stuff that riot either bans you for or doesnt like. They got mad cuz i said the word "tards" to a friend like seriously? I dont like that they use the word toxic it offends me but you dont see anyone taking that down? Honestly might as well just never speak in this game or around it. If i was new to this game this year I would think this game was made by people in nazi germany or the most sensitive girls in america. Anyways still might coach a few other people but i think i might be done helping the lower elo's since ill probably get banned for using some other harmless word (words to riot is nuclear bomb level harmful) I also feel bad for the pro's especially the ones that traveled from a distance because they came to america for freedom but all they got was germany when they got into the company of riot

Everyone should strive to be more kind and understanding of others. Just because you aren't on television doesn't give you an excuse to be rude.

You know why this isn't a problem in real life? Because these actions in real life already have consequences. You can lose your job for being an asshole, or get your ass kicked, or lose all of your friends, etc. Riot adding consequences for being an asshole to other people is a good thing. The internet needs more of that. Hiding behind anonymity as an excuse to be rude is terrible.

Do you really think publicly wishing cancer on someone, to their face in public, is okay? Of course there are consequences for that kind of garbage attitude. Maybe when you grow up a bit you'll understand.

you are what we call a sheep. you will follow anything sugar coated and will stick to it until you find the next sugar coating because you dont understand the logic in the first place. Why should i watch every little word i say because YOU someone living in AMERICA with free speech might get sad over a WORD? Not one of you would make it in the old days jesus christ. I dont think ive ever had consequences from a workplace ever for saying whats on my mind. And define being an asshole i deal with people everday that i think are assholes and guess what? they dont bother me guess why? they dont do anything harmful to me so why in the holy fuck do i care? plus who are they? nobody? yeah okay exactly.

there are consequences, even if you don't see them. if you want to run your mouth like this in public then feel free, but you aren't doing yourself any favors.

and if you think freedom of speech means anything here, you're incredibly naive. the bill of rights was written to prevent the government from oppressing us, it has very little effect on culture and morality.

Yeah I was going to cut it there. I figure everyone deserves even a small chance though. Hear something enough times and maybe one day it clicks. I used to be pretty angry-hate-the-world as a teenager so I understand what some of these people are going through.

The fact you cant even follow along to what i say and automatically assume things sums it up pretty nicely also probably why you are gold elo you take everything as straight up or you dont look into much and think you know everything. I dont "hate the world" i hate how riot is trying to make everyone act like my little pony. You would think lytes a big fan of xj9 they must watch mlp all day together if they think the real world is like this i actually go outside so i mean i know the real world.

if i said all of this type of stuff about how people are complaining about words and free speech in public (which i have before) they all love it and agree. Its only on here where all the nerd kids roam that actually get offended but im guessing its because they are picked on all the time in real life so they think anyone with a normal/different outlook is out to get them.

i think riot just hates america, freedom of speech? naw you can only say what big bad rito tells you you can say otherwise a bunch of other people with freedom of speech will get their feelings hurt over an online video game and then feelsbadman . When will riot learn people are going to do what they want,america is a free country people say a bunch of things all the time you should be use to it by now besides all it is is speech. Esports will never be real sports because even the companys treat them as such. This type of stuff doesnt happen in baseball basketball hockey, hell in some of these fighting with your fists and physically is encouraged, meanwhile in little land of esports riot gets mad if you use psychology in a mental non physical game where it cant hurt you. I see no other reason then to make more money by going crazy with "we have to clean our game so its my little pony censored fun with no competitiveness and where everyone loves eachother. "i just want a game where we dont even have to fight we take turns winning and calling eachother good names"-brandon beck
