Rework the S rankings?

So I've been playing Zac a while. With the recent Ranks of 6 and 7, some champs seem like they need to be re-evaluated. Take my man Zac for example... I've gone in three recent matches:

5/1/7: Meh, they surrendered. I think I got a C

7/2/13: Decent, not amazing. Got a B

11/2/26: I figured this might get it as Zac should be assisting. Got a B

15/2/19: Well... that's a pretty damn good ranked game I think. A- ... Give me a break. Just a little one. Meanwhile my partner as Swain gets 17/7/10 and grabs the S... Am I just being a pain? Or does it seem some champs have a harder time than others. I know I have a "second chance" passive, but I'm bound to die at least a few times lol.

So no chest for me. Wonderful :')! And yes I feel you with these ratings... I feel cheated I didn't get an S- at least on some of a couple of my Volibear and Xin games.

Volibear Jungle: 11/2/12 35 minute game, 74 CS, maybe the CS is why but then again I was in the jungle...

Xin Top Lane: 18/3/6 36 minute game, 78 CS, I dealt the most damage, took the most damage, and had a killing spree of 8. Come on! That was definitely one of my best Xin games, I was shocked to see no S.

it takes in cs wards and other stuff not just kills and deaths summoner 13
