@Riot SKT T1 Skins Honestly Suck
I am very disappointed with the SKT T1 Skins. I haven't looked at anything on PBE except for Taric, but, I saw an article about these skins, and, as soon as I saw them... #1 Comparing It To The Old Skins
The biggest problem for me is that this is a serious downgrade compared to the Samsung White skins, which were honestly amazing. http://na.leagueoflegends.com/en/news/champions-skins/skin-release/samsung-white-championship-skins-take-stage Three 750 RP skins which are honestly amazing on their own and two 975 RP skins that were a major upgrade compared to the old skins. We can also look at the old SKT skins. They weren't anything special but they were good. Okay, maybe not all of them were perfect, but, the Zed one was quite good, actually. Lee Sin and Jax were also pretty good. To be honest, Vayne and Zyra were a bit shitty in my opinion, but they still weren't that bad. If we take a look at the TPA ones, one would think that they shouldn't be comparable to the new SKT, since the TPA ones were released in Season 3 I believe. Sad things is, the TPA ones were much better than the current SKT ones. Look, they weren't anything special, but, I really like them all, none of them really sucked and all of them were okay. FNC ones were the most comparable to the current SKT, which is sad but completely true. They are both pretty bad, though the only difference is that FNC ones were made 5 or 6 years ago.
#2 What People Expected
We all thought there was going to be an Easyhoon Azir skin. He was a part of their team. He deserved it. We also thought there was going to be a 1350 RP skin, or at least a 975 RP skin. I mean, SKT won TWICE, they deserve it more than SSW deserved two 975 RP skins, right? Nope, obviously Rioters think it was wrong. So, Bengi and Faker, who won twice, haven't got a 975/1350 RP skin, Easyhoon didn't get any skin. Disappointing, really.
#3 What Pros Wanted
There were a few things players asked from Riot, and none of their wishes were fullfilled. First off, Faker asked for an Ahri skin, which was acceptable since he played Ahri quite a lot. He also asked for a broccoli on the head, which was such a small thing that Riot could totally do it. Now, you may say that Faker just had to get a Ryze skin since he was so good with him, but, then explain why Bang got a Sivir skin. He ASKED for a Kalista skin, he went undefeated with Kalista, yet he still got a skin for Sivir who, if I may add, got a Victorious skin recently.
#Basically, what should have happened was: -There should have been 975/1350RP skins for at least Faker and Bengi, that were on par with the SSW ones. -There should have been an SKT Azir skin for Easyhoon. -Faker should've gotten an Ahri skin. -Bang should've gotten a Kalista skin. -And MAYBE Faker could get a broccoli he asked for.
Riot, please scrap these skins and release them in two patches. Renekton and Alistar ones are fine the way they are, they are pretty good, but the rest SHOULD be changed.
