Is it just me or are those damn key pieces impossible to get
I've tried everything, from playing ARAM to praying to the RNG gods every time i win a game. Am I doing something wrong or are key pieces that hard to get?

Send nudes to riot first then you get key fragments
If you didn't already know, your chances of getting the fragments are increased by playing with friends. Don't know if the chance increases by the number of people you're playing with, however I do know the more fragments you get, the less likely you are to get more.
