Need 28 RP to mystery gift my friend for pool party points

So my friend and I are trading mystery skins in hopes to help unlock Pool Party Mundo (and get some cool legendary skins), but I'm 28 RP away from being able to gift him another when he already bought the RP to send me another.

Basically, if anyone at Riot would be an absolute angel and allow me to get the RP for this I would be eternally grateful.
