is it bad that i get worse normal games than ranked most of the time?

yesterday it took 60 min and 3 games for me to finally not have to afk in base due to super feeding due to missmatched ranks or just trolling trios to be frank. First warm up game before ranked I only got to lane without a jungle and without a support because they both are afk lvl 1-2 says "mouse issues" which doesnt make sense for two players. Golds and silver and unranked player with a diamond vs all diamonds/plats. Ty for 12 min game LOL. Meanwhile they will never get harmed while some guy defending himself from flamers somewhere is getting perma banned for just talking. Sad world we live in.

and I had to wait for 5 min in que to play like 6 min of sort of league lol
