Riot makes makes more skins for more popular champions because it's worth the investment.

Zac is the single hardest character in the entire game to make a skin for. He is basically one giant deformer with a crapton of smaller deformers attached, all of them placed with no regard to surface area and tension, and therefore any textures placed over those deformers will stretch, pixelate, and blow out; which is why both of his existing skins are just solid colors.

Same with Jinx, seems kinda unfair especially for people who play those champions a lot. and its not like it would be a hard concept. a lot of the community have been giving out great ideas especially for ZAC. why they decide not to use them is just sad!

I've mained Zac since release, and god do i want him to have a new skin. His release skin is pretty meh... I've seen some awesome concepts though. Pool Party Zac would be awesome

Name a zac skin that isn't a recolor, is in season, and looks good

10 champs released after him have more skins. (not counting the purple shtty recolor)

Uh, what? That is just sad. Zac is unpopular, so no new skin I guess (Even though there are dozens of amazing concepts floating around the boards and back on the forums).

It could be worse - Skarner's new skin was a bit of a flop, and he had been waiting longer than everyone.

The problem with Zac is that he is highly limited as far as "Flashy looks" go simply because he is just goo, he has no armour, no unique visuals and is generally a visually bland character. While there is still quite some opportunity, the problem is that Riot is focused on making 1350 skins (even though they said they wouldn't be) and Zac just isn't a champ that you can do that for, at worst you can make him a recolour, at best you could probably manage him wearing a suit or something nice, but nothing worth 1350.

The halloween picture with Zac full of corpses looked crazy. Would have loved that skin. Snowman Zac would be cool for winter.

Braum has a lot to work with and is still semi popular.. The popularity of the champs does effect how they put their focus on getting skins done. Zac really isn't seen as often and well he's a blob... there's not a lot they can really do besides change the color or texture of him. Sure they could add clothes or something, but that's not really that cool.
