I believe rank needs more work

Well, I said it. I am sure everyone would say, everyone has said it too. Even you may have said it to yourself or others. Something is seriously wrong in the ranked games, so I wanted to make a thread for people to state their observations of their elo and what they would like to be pointed out. #Letsmakerankedfunagain!
