French in North America

TL;DR : Add French to the North American Server's language list.

Before you comment : I know you can add European French to the Noth American Server's language list manually. that's not my point. (I'm definitively adding Japanese some day.)

Many times I answered the League of Legends Survey in hope that my answer would be read. Each times, I was confronted to this question : "Please rate your agreement with the following statements about League of Legends: The developer takes the concerns of players in my region into account when making decisions". Oh hell no. I live in Canada. I live in Québec. 20% of my country is French. 80% of my province is French.

In the North American Server, when you click on Regional Settings, it is impossible to select French. I can't agree with that statement if 1/5 of my country is completely ignored. I can't agree with that statement if 4/5 of my province is completely ignored. If taking concerns of players in my region into account was a thing, there would be an option for French and Spanish.

Of course I do know that most of Québec prefers the American English version of the League of Legends because the French voice acting is horrible, like in every European French movies, just like any respectable Otaku would prefer watching subbed versions instead of dubbed, but that's not my point.

The issue is when someone with zero skills in English wants to play League of Legends. As a French country, we have many immigrants that comes from France. Those people do not speak English at all. I know it's absurd, but figuratively no one from France speaks English. Those people are the kind of people that would really use an European French version of League of Legends. I'm not even asking you to translate it into Canadian French (that would be so fucking strange, please don't do that).

I would definitively appreciate if French was an option for us. Many friends restrained from playing League of Legends because it's officially only available in English in our French country, and moreover, it's available in French somewhere else. This injustice gave some people a really horrible opinion about Riot Games. Some others went to play in the Europe West Server and stopped playing because of the "ping".
