22.6k isn't even high. The rest just did pitiful damage to champions or were not fighting

You just got pubstomped it looks like to me. I'm taking a guess the other person carrying was their jungler based on how close the other people are in damage. Junglers do less damage to champs usually because they don't have a laner to poke and trade with, so when you see one with nearly the same damage as a laner it means they just got stomped.
