Oh boy here we go. League workout :)
I know 90% of anyone who reads this truly wont care but I don't care what you think either so :) I'm going to put this on here anyways cause I can. Over the next week I am about to embark on a trial on my body to see if pressure will make me become better at league. I'm also kinda putting this on here so I can keep track of the promises I made because I don't own Microsoft word. At the time of posting this I am bronze 3 so lets see how this goes...
Here's how the game is going to work, every time a certain event negatively happens to me in league I am going to do a physical workout because I need to stay in shape for track season.
- Every time I die, I will do 15 sit-ups
- For every tower or inhib I lose in MY LANE ONLY I will do 25 pushups
- For every tower or inhib lost in any other lane I will do 5 full body squats
- For every 100 damage I am away from the top damage dealer I will do 5 calf raises * EXCEPTION: IF I AM PLAYING SUPPORT THIS RULE WILL NOT COUNT BUT ANOTHER RULE WILL TAKE ITS PLACE
- If I am playing support for every death my carry has I will do 15 burpees, (oh boy don't feed)
- If baron or dragon get stolen from me, I will do a 8 minute wall sit, and 3 minutes of planks
- If I lose my game, I will do 50 jackknife sit-ups
- FINALLY, since all of the games that I will play will take place in ranked only,** if I drop a league**, I will do 200 sit-ups 50 pushups a 10 minute wall sit and 200 jumping jacks.
I hope no one harasses me for putting this on here, I'm not trying to show it off I just need a nice place to keep track of all of the items that I promised I would do and put it out there incase if anyone else ever wants to do a league-esq workout plan. Thank you for reading :)
