Re-release Freljord Event Icons?

Hi,

I was just wondering if Riot was ever planning on making the Freljord summoner icons available again. I did not play League at the time of the event and would love to have the opportunity to earn them myself. I think people would be fine with having to win ten games as they did during the event, rather than have the icons simply become available for purchase.
