Clairvoyance and Clarity available in battle training!

I was going through the tutorials for a friend who wanted to see league and noticed that {{summoner:2}} and were listed and usable as summoner spells. These are no longer available in SR so they should probably be removed!

They were only removed from SR. The first step of the tutorial is on HA

It's not a bug... it says they're available there if you click them in your spells tab on your profile on the in game client.
