TSM logo above head similar to Champion Mastery 4 and 5?

Just spectated a game and a Shen was spamming the TSM logo above his head, similar to pressing CTRL 6 for champ masteries. Did I miss something? haha How did he do that?

If you use one of the 2015 World team icons, it'll do that around Worlds.
