Tf's ult has far more range which starts off at max range at level 6, has much longer range and better single target cc.
His ult also has much less delay and time to react to it, which is the main difference between their ults, besides Ryze being able to bring his team with him
Tf has more Range and easier damage. aswell as harder cc.
