Why were bot and support switched around?

Talking about the position in tab / when you choose in draft / loading screen position

It always seemed logical to have Lane (top) / helper (Jungle) / lane (mid) / helper (support) / lane (bot)

So why were they switched around when it made more sense in the first place?

Was it because rakan and xayah had to line up? I see you riot
