I BLIND PICK WHEN IT COMES TO NORMS BECAUSE I CAN TYPE UP TO 130 WPM. Its really frustrating being limited by the client occasionally where instant call of adc is inputted to the actual chat full seconds after I hit enter, while its just about instant for the rest making me lose the role

I'm fairly certain they did something in the last year so that everyone would enter chat at the same time.

That aside, I suggest playing Draft instead (at least until the NCS comes to Blind).
