List of Champions which will most likely receive Skins

Hey folks,

I made a list of Champions who got their last skin in September 2014 or earlier and need another skin. This list is sorted by the champion who needs his/her next skin most.

Main requirement: The last skin was on September 30^th or earlier. eSports-Skins do not count! (depends more on what the eSports team players pick and less on Riots choice)

This list excludes:

EDIT: "Captain Gangplank" counts as a new released Skin (10-Aug-2015).

Riot couldn't care less if a champion didn't get a skin in a long time, they primarily focus on champions who actually have a playerbase and enough popularity to justify the effort of creating such skins. It's obvious that they're dealing with this from a business point of view which is why champions like Yorick, Urgot or Cass will never receive a skin as long as they stay in the gutter (low pick- AND winrate). Ironically they're the ones to blame since they are responsible for making these champs so unlikeable.

How else do you explain champions like Ahri receiving skins on an annual basis and someone like Jinx getting TWO skins in the same year? They're extremely biased, there's no denying it. You better pray your favorite champion isn't on the far end of the obscure metrum. There's no love involved, it's plain capitalism.

Are we counting the Worlds skins? Cuz I'd just like to point out there was FNATIC Karthus, Corki, Janna, J4, and Gragas. (Still agree that Karthus needs a new skin though. :P )
