Need information for possible side project

I am thinking about making an independant, stand alone program to assist in practicing farming/last hitting at lvl 1-3.

What I am wondering is, though I know that league uses many programming languages, what is the main (gameplay window) coded in?

With this information I hope to create, basically, a lvl 1-3 loop of waves that reset everything either when you miss a certain amount of minions, or you make it to the end.

Rapid repetition, I've found, is an effective way to learn. But making a customs and leaving then restarting another customs is time consuming and gives an easy out for you to say "Eh, good enough". By doing this, it could even be possible to practice offline.

If any riot employee wouldn't mind helping me find/examine the code I need I would be in much appreciation!
