GAMEPLAY
When attempting to re purchase kalista's black spear and apply it to a different team mate, it doesn't re apply. It goes on cool down but doesn't do anything.

This has been around a while. I hope they fix it but no riot members have ever commented on the matter whether or not that its intentional.
