Would you guys help me with my research project

First, let me introduce you about myself I'm LFG from NA (Yes the guy you would end up adding when joining LFG chat room) Currently I have an assignment from my psychology class which is to do a research choosing topics I want to research on, and my topic is "Why do people spend money on free to play games", of course many people realize that spending money on free to play games usually gives you nice benefits, but League is different; indeed, there are 0 benefits in-game for spending the money. I been playing this game since season 2, and I've spent few dollars on this game to buy champions and skins (I literally bought every single champions with RP), so when I received this assignment, this thought came across my mind 'Are there people like me?' so that is why I chose to do research base on this topic.
