Sir Hammerlock1 votesActuall, yes, they have. Scorched Earth Renekton, Scorched Earth Xerath and Rocket Girl Tristana were all held back for months or years before their release.
SonaTitsAndAss1 votesHuh? I did my research and all that happened is scorch earth splash got leaked early by accident, that's not the same as being released onto live servers and not sold. As for the other 2 they where just as planned, went on pbe, went with the patch, sold sometime in the patch. I think what your on about is skin ideas like dragon master swain. Which riot has said they will do but hasn't been put on pbe yet, one something goes with the patchnotes it will happen on that patch.
