Dodging penalites
Do we really need dodging penalties? The only time I really dodge is to avoid some stupid troll who seeks to make everyone's day terrible. Should i be punished for doing that?

If you take away dodge penalties peopel will dodge a lot more. You clearly haven't played any new game where you are allowed to dodge freely. Takes forever to get into a game and people will dodge for any reason. You banned their champ? They don't like your pick? Your sarcasm isn't received well? It doesn't matter. There is no penalty now.
Yes dodging should be penalized and honestly should be stricter IMHO. Just because you say someone is supposedly trolling, doesn't mean that they actually are. If they do, report them at the end of the game. Don't dodge and make those that waited 5+ minutes in queue for that game wait again because you decide to dodge
