Ori is an easy champ that is great to learn scales with skill. But no when I say it must be dumb since im posting from an account i havent played on in forever.

"scales with skill" is the relevent statement. Yes, she's easy to play at a basic level, but she's one of the hardest champs to play really well because ball management is a huge skill that isn't a part of any other champ's kit.
Most people don't include that part. They just claim she's 'easy and broken'. And that's when they get downvoted.
