New Item to Replace Revive

So, it's been a while since Riot killed revive, and in the interest of "Strategic Diversity" a new item should be made to replace it. Although items which strive towards the Goal of "Strategic Diversity", such as and have not been largely picked up in pro gameplay, an item such as this could have great potential. If balanced correctly, and given stats outside it's active "revive" ability that would impact game play in a relevant way, this item could be a massive item to be picked up in all tiers of gameplay.

TL;DR An item with the active ability of "revive" would work for strategic diversity, and be relevant in game.
