The 2014 good player reward question.

Seen everyone talking about the free skin for being good in 2014. Well after one of my games i had a "prize" and i accidentally pressed "awesome" before i could read it all. But nothing else popped up.....so how do i see what i got? Or re read the thing? Is there a history that would show me, like the "purchase history?"
