What is wrong here Riot?

The above information can be easily summed up as: Riot says that if you are currently under any kind of punishment then you can't earn any rewards for hextech crafting. The only problem is, is that for some reason I keep receiving a message after each game on summoners rift telling me that I can't earn any rewards because of previous offenses. Could you possibly help me out with this?

It's pretty frustrating earning S ranks and still not getting anything for it, yet everyone else can (also, I tried expressing this bug twice and I the same cut and paste message telling me that what I was reporting was not a bug.)

Don't put yourself in a position to get reported and you won't have any offenses. No matter what you say, there was something you did that got you reported and that's the reason you can't participate. It's not riots fault.

All this post tells me is that you got punished and you are butt hurt about it. If you maybe had proof it was just a bug and you hadn't been reported in the past then maybe riot would do something about it, but since you do not, i can tell you they will assume the worst about you.

I've never been in your shoes but my best advice is to just level up a new account if you really want to participate.

I was only banned because of how easy it is to report someone and get them banned. If the tribunal was still active then maybe something could be done about it, but since Riot doesn't care about anything other than how to make people pay them money, then nothing will be done about it. And besides, even if what I was doing was report worthy behaviour, I should still not be experiencing this bug because its supposed to only be in place if I am currently under any kind of ban, not for having previous restrictions(which is something you would know if you read all of the article.)
