Soraka passive (bug?)

I've noticed that since Soraka got her rework that her passive does not display the range on the mini-map, and since it is such a minor detail that almost doesn't affect game play, I didn't ever post about it on the boards; However, I've yet to see this issue attended to at all to this point, so now i'm saying something about it now. I'm still not sure if this is intentional or simply something that has slipped through the cracks and hasn't been noticed yet.
