How can an adc get to 405 ad by level 14?

ran against a lucian that had 305 ad at level 14 and all he had was doran's blade, zeal, bloodthirster and infinity edge and 2 dragon buffs.

when i did that math that would normal only be around like 240 at best with like all ad runes, but i looked at his rune page after the match and he had a little of everything, so he didn't stack ad runes or anything. his in game name was (Viet Khoa MAFIA)

Lucian has 88.31 base AD at level 14.

80 from IE, 80 from BT, 7 from dorans

80+80+7=167 bonus AD from items

Rank 3 brute force mastery 0.55 AD per level, rank 1 martial mastery mastery 4 AD

0.55*14+4=11.7 bonus AD from masteries

1 AD quint, 8 AD reds

1*2.25+9*.95=9.85 bonus AD from runes

Rank warlord mastery +5% bonus AD Dragon buff +6% AD (total?)

Bonus AD = (167+11.7+9.85)*1.05=197.9775 Total AD = (197.9775+88.31)*1.06=303.46475

303.46475 is pretty much 305 or something. Unless 405 from the title wasn't a typo, this sounds about right.
