Level 7 mastery tokens
so i am trying to get level 7 on kha'zix, but i either get S-, or(most cases) he get's banned. so my question is: can i get the level 7 mastery shard on blind pick?

Yes you can get shards in blind pick.
Yeah,,, Kha is a unintended effect of the mastery changes and has become much stronger for it.
