Just curious, but i was wondering if all these reforms people talk about have ever made a difference

So, i see all these things like "League should have an offline mode, who agrees?" and "We should have something that lets us know our reports are being reviewed, not ignored" and all these reforms (That's the best word i can think of for it) and i was just wondering... Are there instances where these are actually listened to? Like, have these ever actually made a difference? Like petitions? or are they just people making conversation?

Is one of these reform boards what's responsible for Ashe's rework or something? Maybe led to a new champ once? I dont know. I'm just curious and wondering if any of you know or have any ideas. If these kinds of posts actually make a difference, please, let me know! Haha, i think it'd be awesome if riot actually saw all the popular posts once some reforms gain momentum and popularity. Do they though?

unless a petition gets pretty crazy high levels of support its not going to directly have any major effect. But even with a little traction it can draw attention to things. That doesn't mean 100 people post that they want X so riot does it. But if tons of people are complaining about ashe they will be much more likely to look into what is causing people to dislike her.
