DreadNova Darius Gemstone skin

I love Darius I've stated this in a post before I main him I mean i'm garbage but I main him. I own the dunkmaster skin it is really awesome but I just love the giant axe visual over the backboard axe. So when I saw this new skin I about died BECAUSE YES JUST YES, but then I soon found out it was a gemstone skin and I know this is all random luck to get the gemstones or a skin shard and I could easily get it. On the other hand I could possibly never get the skin, and this bothers me to no end. I was wondering how is it decided when you say well lets make this skin a gemstone skin? Why not make the GP dread nova skin the gemstone one why Darius? I would buy the skin and I will for sure try to get it even though it is not for sure because I love the champ so much.
