Has riot removed bots?

I haven't been seeing them lately and I kinda miss em. They're basically free ip (or xp) and, u might even get a penta (I got a quadra once and was VERY close to a penta) if ur that fed. Come on, riot, leave SOME of the all mid bots! Some of us miss the free ip.
