Account Swapping

Dear riot, i have never been a fan of "smurfing" cuz it creates an unbalanced environment where people win games way too one sides and then lose on purpose to retain that elo. that being said, i understand the argument for multiple accounts being at high elo the queue times are quite long and people want to scout the meta at various elos. however, cant something be done about people who literally are getting paid to play on someone elses account at the end of the season. like thats not even an option in the reportable offenses after game. and there is a very noticeable and obvious difference in skill. and it makes me personally not even want to play once the ten days left mark hits. and in some cases they even go so far as to announce it in lobby. due to the real money exchange and the violation of the user agreements and the obvious unpleasentness it brings to the community can you figure something out to prevent that. obviously its hard to track this but, seriously.
