They finally banned my account for my team harassing me all game yay! Now they get sued :) Although its not a permanent ban yet so ill be back in 14 days still being honest with players but RIOT will have less money to abuse me with.
You agreed to the ToS, they have the right to do whatever they please with your account. Legally it's theirs.

Sounds like someone's a first-year legal student or a Wiki-warrior who thinks he has a semblance of how the monolithic American legal system works because he read a book about it. Let me give you some advice: It's not going to work. If a company that handles online gaming could get sued for banning people, there wouldn't be online games because every idiot that ever got banned would sue. Arbitrary, frivolous litigation is the American way so most companies that interact with the public have their asses covered better than an Eskimo. You can run off all sorts of fancy words about how it technically violates this or maybe comes close to this, but you don't really have any grounds to sue on in the first place.

Honestly, this is why I'm studying law, because people like you try to take advantage of the system. Good luck finding a lawyer to take the time to represent you. The money they would make IF (that's a huge if) you somehow won the case (which is highly unlikely because you don't have a good point to stand on) would be negligible and a waste of time for them.
Also, I haven't read the T.O.S when you sign up but I bet there is something on there that riot reserves the right to ban account they deem to be toxic. If that is the case you won't make it past a lawyers office.
