They finally banned my account for my team harassing me all game yay! Now they get sued :) Although its not a permanent ban yet so ill be back in 14 days still being honest with players but RIOT will have less money to abuse me with.

Report them due to them being toxic(just like they did to you obviously) or simply ignore them. You have the choice to listen to the harassment or not and you choose to and then you also choose to lash back and harass THEM. I dunno what slander is happening to be honest.

It's the same thing the NAZI party did with the Jewish people and other minorities leading up to and during WWII but on a less drastic genocidal scale. But the polarizing anti quality mentality is the same. As they say never underestimate the power of stupid people in large numbers.
RIOT has done the same thing with honesty, logic, intelligence and many other things. They call it toxic to be those things (at least that's some of what they call toxic) Toxic is commonly known to be a bad things. So instead of calling me intelligent and logical and making good points towards bad players they call me toxic and that allies the community against me because they want to remove toxic players. The community thinks to the extent of toxic = bad. They don't know why I am being called toxic. They only know that I am and therefor I must be bad person. Which I am not. I am honest with people... I will not tell you you are doing well when you are not. I am intelligent ... I can see your mistakes long before you and can tell you what you should be doing and also what you are likely to do that will cost me the game. I am also logical ... unlike the rest of league I learn very quickly even subtle changes from game to game I don't flash when it won't save me, I ward when not warding has resulted in my death and I don't push constantly to turret as soon as an enemy goes into fog of war... I also don't attempt to run from Rengar's by runnung through every bush in the jungle.

By creating relative context I mean that they created toxicity and their definition of it. Which people will find that I am honest (non toxic) intelligent (non toxic) and logical (non toxic) but RIOT considers these things to be toxic because they opposed the community RIOT seeks to create. However if you call someone intelligent, logical and honest those things are not bad but transferring them to a label such as "toxic" lets people assiciate negatively with them and they lose their positive aspects. This is slander which is a very serious and very illegal action despite not being as directly harmful as say assault or other more serious crimes. Slander has long term last ramifications on the accused even if I win my lawsuit it will still follow me.
Look at Casey Anthony for example ( I say she's guilty ) she was found not guilty and is still one of the most hated people in the country. All she had to be was accused of killing her child. Just as I am accused of being toxic. A definition of the word that RIOT created just to slander quality people who clash with the games target demographic. Now while some people who are labelled as toxic are toxic many such as myself are not. I do not now nor will I ever understand how telling a bad player they are bad is toxic. When a kid fails a test do you give them no grade? Do you give them an A for effort? No you fail them and they know they failed. As you would do on the test I do in the game I tell them what they are doing wrong and how to fix it.

Let me give you some advice: It's not going to work. If a company that handles online gaming could get sued for banning people, there wouldn't be online games because every idiot that ever got banned would sue. Arbitrary, frivolous litigation is the American way so most companies that interact with the public have their asses covered better than an Eskimo. You can run off all sorts of fancy words about how it technically violates this or maybe comes close to this, but you don't really have any grounds to sue on in the first place.

tsetberg1 votesI didn't break the rules. Defending myself and stating obvious facts are not retaliation. They are facts and whether or not they are addressed they remain. The game in which I got banned I was going to let me team be trash as they always are and not say anything. But when I player says "gg" or "wp" after not playing well, that NEEDS to be corrected. When (as in my last game) your adc is playing like garbage and losing a matchup they easily win and you plan on saying nothing and then they turn around and blame you for it. That NEEDS to be corrected. I will not be told by garbage that I am playing badly. I know through relativity they are only insulting themselves but they still need to be corrected. Honesty is not toxic. If anything it is the strongest possible cure for the league community. Honesty will make the players better. Intelligence would make the players better. Logic would make the players better. Sadly those three things are more frightening than anthrax to league players.

They blamed you, which is rude/toxic(to some people) and you say no and correct them then he says stuff back then now its an argument and you retaliated. That is just the simple afct. They are conditioned to say it even when neither party played well and they played horribly they say it because the people they watch stream say it. It isn't good sportsmanship, just learned behavior. As far as toxicity I've spent countless hours telling RIOT how to fix their toxicity and it isn't by banning good players like myself. They actually love the toxic community because it creates more loyalty and fanaticism towards the game. So they will never fix it and most people like myself who get banned for what isn't even offensive and extremely minor compared to what people say to me (It would take me a few weeks to go through my recordings and find the countless times people have told me to kill myself on the game) they ban me simply because I stand out from the community for being logical intelligent and honest, something they hate in players (most modern companies do) and worst of all I receive more bans because I don't spend money on the game and RIOT ONLY cares about money.
But this all stems from a paper I wrote in school about how modern companies value the worthless masses because as a whole they have more relative disposable income than the few quality gamers that exist these days. That's how this problem of toxicity has become so massive in game communities. The industry wants players who are as disposable as their incomes so they can trade wins for loyalty and money thereby resulting in players who can't earn wins in anything suddenly winning at something and not knowing how to handle it like a quality person would. Then good players like myself come along and have to deal with these idiots where my other option is I can't play games anymore because all game communities have turned into this garbage (though none, save for WoW, are quite on the toxic level of League of Legends).
And league has admitted this and taken no steps to fix it aside from banning some good players. The other problem is simple you have one the absolute dumbest things anyone could ever do and to RIOT it is innovation. You NEVER give players authority over each other. The same way you wouldn't let your kids punish each other. Authoritative power needs to come from a neutral and unbiased source and not the same idiots that flock with the ones you are trying to educate and therefor ban you far more often than someone who is pro riot and pro league.

correct me if im wrong but I believe the new system automatically hands out 2 week and permanent suspensions, when a player gets reported multiple times the chat log goes to the system and then it hands out a punishment if it deems the chat log of the player toxic. Thats how you can get banned 15 minutes after a game ends.

But the reason behind it is my personal life but that isn't for the internet to worry bout) and i asked riot themselves if they could just transfer it into a LARGE chat restriction ban (im talking 1000 games or so) but they simply stated "Bans like this are issued by a rioter who looked over your case and felt that you deserved the ban" so no they won't switch it out because a riot employee deemed my behavior toxic(or something) then issued a 2 week suspension. I do agree i deserved it but I'm improving my behavior on my smurf. As i have not been toxic from the time of the ban till now in any league game (PBE/Smurf/or what not)
tsetberg1 votesUnless it has a filter for logic and intelligence I did nothing wrong to get banned by an automatic system. The tribunal itself is made of the games players not RIOT employees.
Almost forgot the second part. It is a learned behavior. It doesn't come directly from league of legends but it is a learned behavior. I first noticed the phenomenon in starcraft 2 when a player would cuss me out all game about how bad I am and that my strategy takes no skill and my race is imbalanced and then he would say gg and quit. And thats just like "what you do to leave a game" you say gg then quit. Its why you'll notice it's implementation as a new feature in games like Hearthstone where the game automatically says GG for you. Because it is so meaningless that it has become a form message upon exit.

The money they would make IF (that's a huge if) you somehow won the case (which is highly unlikely because you don't have a good point to stand on) would be negligible and a waste of time for them.
Also, I haven't read the T.O.S when you sign up but I bet there is something on there that riot reserves the right to ban account they deem to be toxic. If that is the case you won't make it past a lawyers office.
tsetberg1 votesYou study law because of forum posts? Odd reason but to each their own. As far as making money slander is a very serious offense. It is not a joke just because it didn't happen to you. If anything you should be studying law to help people like me. The few quality people in the world burdened by the masses who huddle together to find strength in their ignorant numbers. Considering the amount of money RIOT throws away each year they money I would make for them attempting to ruin my life and the 1000's of hours of video I have proving them wrong would be far from a waste of time. The idea is that even if I don't win my case by decision just being able to show the real RIOT to people and how they treat their players would be worth it. As I have stated many times and you have failed to read (not sure how your in law school if you cant read) I have the evidence. The only downside to the case is that most people I talked to said it needed to be a permanent ban to actually be worth the time it would take. I dunno what their reasoning for that is but it probably wont be long before I am perma banned.
