Wheres Teemo

I was playing Teemo and I sat there for a few seconds and he was gone. I was like oh no but I fixed the bug. Turns out if you move him he can be seen again. Very easy to duplicate. Step 1. Start a Teemo game. Step 2. Stand still.

Please fix.
