Annie Could Use Some Work

Annie With Annie being played a lot mid and support these days, I think her ultimate could use some counterplay. After all, Riot's been focusing on creating counterplay. The instant stun is very unfun to play against. It can only be countered by lucky guessing. I think it could be fixed if it was made into a skillshot, with Annie tossing Tibbers in a straight line, and creating the AOE effect on champion hit, or the end of the range. (Similar to Grave's ult, meaning Tibbers will be summoned no matter what.)

Thanks for reading and tell me what you think. ~MrHeatmizer

And what would you give her ultimate to compensate for the removal of all this power? More burst? Would that make hear healthier? More sustained damage on Tibbers' immolate? That would just make her build tanky and still shred people.

You can't simply turn Tibbers into a skillshot without giving her compensatory changes to adjust. The point is there is little you can do to compensate Annie because her kit is so simple and straightforward without pushing her over the edge into OP, UP, or unplayably clunky. She needs a rework, not a single ability change.

If Tibbers become skillshot, it can be intercepted by Wind Wall and Unbreakable.

Itshould simply have a drop time. Have her literally throw the bear out (Refer to A Twist of Fate cinematic), however don't code it as a skill shot, sort of like Ziggs' ult but much less travel time. Something like a .5 second air time just so you have the chance to riftwalk/flash/dash/cry before it hits you. The skill really has no counterplay currently. Her q has travel time so you can flash before stunned, her cone requires her to be extremely close to you so considering you're that close, you deserve to get stunned. But Tibbers just has to nick you to stun you long enough for her to full combo you into oblivion.
