Why having a Blue Screen, disconnecting from the internet, or having to leave is a "punishable offense" in NORMALS. CASUAL game mode. There is only like 1 other game I can think of that punishes you for leaving a non-competitive game mode.

The entire point of normals is to have fun and not be stressed out every time your ping spikes above 100.

Well yeah with leaving; people have to get MMR to get better Ranked games, but the other two yeah...
