The Tribunal.

Hello fellow summoners! and Riot developers!

Well, I'm going to make this short and sweet. I've been playing "League of Legends" for about two years, and during a period of last year, when I didn't have access to a computer that could reliably run "League" I spent my time trying to make the community of this game better in my own small way by participating in the tribunal. Last year you at Riot had put the tribunal on recess, and it has been almost a year anyone has had access to the tribunal, now I find myself wondering when you are going to re-implement this system.

Anyhow, any answer would be welcomed, and many thanks for taking the time to read this.
